The Hubstory Piano Tuning Service PT1 is a professional annual piano maintenance package designed to keep any acoustic piano performing at its best year-round, regardless of brand, age, or model. The package includes two home visits per year by a PTG (Piano Technicians Guild) certified technician, who will pitch-raise and fine-tune all 230+ strings to concert A440 standard using professional electronic and aural tuning methods. Each visit also includes a comprehensive mechanical inspection of the action, damper system, and pedal mechanism, with minor adjustments and regulation corrections included at no additional charge. The service is available for all piano brands — Steinway, Yamaha, Kawai, Bösendorfer, Hubstory, and others — and is suitable for both upright and grand pianos. Appointments are scheduled through the Hubstory Service App, which also provides reminders, service history records, and tuning reports after each visit. Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
